I am available for virtual consults for residents of British Columbia. I offer my in-person healthcare services through Bellevue Natural Health Clinic, located close to the water's edge in beautiful West Vancouver.
Established in 2006 as the area's first multidisciplinary health clinic, Bellevue Natural Health Clinic provides our community with a comprehensive range of integrative health and wellness services, including naturopathic medicine, massage therapy, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, counselling, and nutrition coaching.
Our experienced and empathic healing professionals are passionate about empowering you and your family to heal and thrive, through an integrative approach with evidence-based treatments delivered in a serene and environmentally-conscious setting.
Beginning our health partnership.
Our journey together begins with a 60-minute, in-person or virtual initial evaluation, during which we will talk about your personal medical history, relevant family medical history, diet, and lifestyle, with the goal of understanding your current state of health, potential risk factors, and health goals. You will also undergo a physical examination if necessary or applicable. Following your initial appointment, we will create a schedule of recommended follow-up appointments so that we can monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments to medications or supplements, and ensure that you are experiencing your best results.
In order to create a health plan that is designed to fit your body's unique needs, I request that you bring the following to your first appointment:
- Your completed intake forms
- The names and doses of your current medications and/or supplements
- Any recent lab work or medical reports
- Any questions you may have
